With a deep understanding of the gaps and opportunities in Nigeria’s industrial and infrastructural sectors, we are dedicated to transforming inefficiencies into avenues for sustainable growth. Our Team

Meet our team of experts in Management and Engineering

Oyekunle is an accounting graduate of The Polytechnic Ibadan, an Associate Member of the following, Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), Certified Institute of Financial Consultant Canada (CFC). He also attended University Of Port Harcourt College Of Continuing Education, where he obtained a Diploma in Computer Operation.

Oyekunle commenced his career with Akapo & Partners, a firm of Chartered Accountants and moved to OA & Co. Chartered Accountants, Management Consultant and Tax Practitioners rising to the position of consultant. He then joined SCOA Nigeria Plc, where he rose to the position of Head of  Internal Audit unit of the (CSP), where he set up Internal Audit unit for the branch in charge of procurement for the whole group.

He joined Execon group, a key player in the Oil and Gas sector as Group Internal Auditor; he combined his job with other functions as Treasury Manager, General Manager of Execon Technical and Chief Finance officer for Execon Petroleum. He was seconded to Modant Marine Ltd as Chief Accountant for Watercraft Services, a company in the group that represents major manufacturers of marine engines in Nigeria. In year 2003 the group entered into a joint venture agreement with Sea bulk Inc a major player in the marine business.

He was General Manager Finance and Administration of Modant Seabulk Nigeria Limited, the company that was formed as a result of the joint venture to operate and manage five (5) ocean going vessels. He is currently the Managing Director of Encapsulate Nigeria Limited.
